Bernard Audoy has transformed Cos Labory to be almost  as sought after as his more illustrious property Cos D'Estournel. The encépagement is 55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Following fermentation in a combination of stainless steel and lined cement vats, the wine is aged for 18 months in barriques (30%-50% new each year).

Typical of the area - solid and robust. The vintage gives it unusual approachability and drinkability.
